Pineapple....

Pineapple  (Ananas comosus) is the common name for a tropical plant and its edible fruit, which are not actually a whole fruit but rather a cluster of coalesced berries. Pineapples are the most used edible member of the Bromeliacea family and are, therefore, the most widespread bromeliad fruit in cultivation. Besides being produced for consumption, it can be grown as an ornamental, especially when it comes from the leafy tops of the plants.

I just like pineapple cause it’s one of the  bread and butter , life line and source of income before when my parents still working at the DOLE Inc here in our place, yeah a lot of pineapple here, people here in our place sometimes waste the fruit cause it’s abundant. Even until now, the company manufacture pineapple is still here , active and grow even bigger.

This fruit really helps people not only for food  but money purposes as well. There are many uses for this fruit, but the only thing  that never done with this fruit here in our place is to make use  of  the leaves. Some area in the our country uses  the pineapple leaves for fabrics, but I don’t see it  here, maybe soon I guess someone will apply it here, who knows, right? All things are possible but it’s  us who make it possible…
