iHAP: Tourism that gives back

Manila it’s Nice to Meet Ya!

On board an air-conditioned jeepney, the team cruised along Manila’s major thoroughfare while belting their favorite songs in the built-in videoke onboard. They visited various sites that reflected Manila’s glorious past and it’s glitzy present. Astounded with the impressive details and architecture of the Coconut Palace, awed by the grandeur and the immense history surrounding the walled city of Intramuros, surprised with the towering modern structure and impeccably planned districts of Makati and Fort Bonifacio and mesmerized by the Avatar-like high-tech Christmas light show of the Ayala triangle, all the participants seemed to have too much fun and information to absorb that day.

Palawan You’re the One

Following the metro, the group started hitting the islands with their arrival in Palawan. The group had their awesome time with their first dip in the tropical waters of Dos Palmas. Most of their day was spent snorkeling in the expansive coral garden and kayaking around the resort. Palawan also proved to be a visual treat for the travellers, from the majestic stalactites and stalagmites of the underground river to the surreal-looking limestone cliffs and lagoons of El Nido, there is beauty everywhere you look. This island quickly became a favorite among the travellers who said they would visit again in a heartbeat.
